Film: Man On Wire
On August 7th 1974, a young Frenchman named Philippe Petit stepped out on a wire illegally rigged between New York's twin towers, then the world’s tallest buildings. After nearly an hour dancing on the wire, he was arrested, taken for psychological evaluation, and brought to jail before he was finally released. This dazzling documentary presents rare and fascinating footage of the actual event alongside flawless reenactments and modern-day interviews with the participants. |

Chilly Ski & Snowshoe Festival
The Chilly Ski & Snowshoe Festival is part of VIC's Wild Winter Weekend! It will include children's activities and workshops! 3.6 miles of snowshoe trails, 1.5 miles also being used as cross-country ski trails! If you don't have equipment, don't worry, FREE snowshoe rentals will be offered by the VIC. Skiers must bring their own equipment. There's plenty of fun for kids!
